Group Plus Program for College Students and Graduates

 

This Hybrid coaching program blends the camaraderie of group coaching (4-5 college students or graduates) with the individualized support of private coaching (1-1).

This model provides additional private sessions that complement the group instruction. These sessions may be used at any point during the Core or Execution weeks to reinforce lessons, review homework, or work on independent materials.

Clients will achieve the following by the end of the program:

    • Clarity on what skills they possess to help them find jobs that align with their talents
    • Focus on the right jobs to pursue so they don’t waste time on dead ends
    • Networking techniques to connect with the right people so they are plugged into real opportunities
    • Job interview skills to ace the interview when other candidates are sweating it out
    • Knowledge of their value and how to communicate it to prospective employers
    • Tools to land the job or internship
    • The benefit of peer camaraderie with individualized attention from an advisor

Group Plus Coaching Program includes 6 months of support

Core: (6) Weeks

    • (6) One-hour live video group sessions
    • Custom guidance on Networking, elevator pitch, and career fair guidance
    • Customized Resume, LinkedIn profile, Cover Letter lessons, and feedback
    • Customized live mock interview practice and one-way interview simulation
    • Proprietary access to NGS methodology and program workbook
    • Proprietary Job Search resources
    • Live mock interview and one-way interview simulation with HireVue software

Execution: (6) Weeks

    • (6) One-hour private video sessions to ensure appropriate execution of job search strategies. These sessions may be used at any point during the CORE or EXECUTION weeks.  
    • Customized guidance/support
    • Career guidance content, accountability, phone, and email access

Ongoing Support: (12) Weeks

    • Continued accountability, phone and email access
    • Community of like-minded early-career job seekers
